Visualising the finished product is helpful for clients. It assists with considering options and foreseeing any functional problems. Fabuliser can survey your space and create an approximate 3D model which can be animated to allow you to ‘walk through’. To do this Fabuliser will:

• Conduct a survey of the site space.
• Reproduce the exising/proposed structure in Sketch Up including:
  • Drawing external structure (individual & grouped geometry)
  • Setting up guides to check scale of structure
  • Choosing suitable material finishes & textures
  • Setting up different perspectives and viewpoints
• Enable elements be hidden/ swapped to give different options.
• Patch together different views of the completed model allowing a ‘walk through’ presentation.
• Provide one or more options, depending on time allocation.
• Produce cut throughs/sections of the model for 2d drawings (only if required and priced).
• Review with the client and refine, depending on time allocation.
• NOTE: 3D modelling provides a “concept drawing” which gives a general feel for the finished product. It does NOT provide a “construction issue drawing” which is a far more complex, time consuming and expensive exercise. In other words, your final built structure may be different from the 3D model, depending on exact site conditions, which cannot be finalised until they are investigated during construction phase.
